So fluffy all the way to the bottom of the cook pan. That layer of dried over cooked rice was not there and no soggy overcooked rice from too much water. Clean up was a breeze. We just rinsed it out and popped into the top rack of the dishwasher. You can even cook quinoa which is another food we eat plenty of.
